A Conversation with Dana
Why is our team so good at what we do?
I could write a novel answering this question. Externally, I am consistently impressed by our team’s creativity and dedication on behalf of our clients. Internally, we challenge and support each other in every way we can. And when we put our heads together to solve a problem, the problem doesn’t stand a chance.
What gives you the most energy about what you do?
Capturing the essence of a client’s practice by helping them articulate their identity, story, and value in imaginative ways. I love seeing that spark when I’ve written messaging that truly resonates with someone and makes them think of their practice, or even themselves, in a new light.
What’s your favorite WGP value?
Creativity! We are constantly encouraging each other to push boundaries and think outside the box. I very much value that in this team. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn’t mean it can’t be done even better in many others.
What’s your superpower?
Perceptiveness. Helping tell others’ stories requires a lot of reading between the lines – getting someone to open up is tricky business, but I’m pretty successful at it. People often tell me I’m extremely easy to talk to.
One fun fact, secret talent, or guilty pleasure?
I have a sizeable and ever-growing record collection. Feel free to strike up a conversation about music with me at any time!
