We are looking for an extraordinary person to join our creative team as a Marketing Creative Specialist. This 100% remote role offers competitive benefits with incredible potential for growth and the opportunity to collaborate with an empowered team. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing
creative for clients and the firm. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:  

  • Designing brand materials including decks, brochures,
    social media posts, signage, and more.
  •  Developing website layout, design, and copy recommendations
  • Implementing marketing campaigns from conception to
    completion. Includes ideation, research, and recommendations of solutions;
    project planning with scope identification and timeline; creative development
    leveraging graphic design, copywriting, PR support, event planning, and more.
  • Building newsletters and various client communication
    strategies
  • Managing social media platforms and strategies
  • Presenting in client meetings and developing client
    relationships

WHO ARE YOU:

  • Skilled in graphic design with an eye
    for effective design

  • Experienced in marketing and
    communications
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy task completion with a track
    record of ‘getting it done’
  • Able to work autonomously while
    meeting deadlines
  • Proactive and can keep a project
    moving forward
  • Excel at problem-solving in real-time

WHAT YOU KNOW:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with an emphasis on graphic design
  • Microsoft office
  • Graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Proofreading and grammar
