A Conversation with Libby
Why is our team so good at what we do?
Our creativity and collaboration are a force to be reckoned with. Ideas are fostered to grow into something bigger and better than any one of us could have done on our own. We put our heart and souls into our work and I believe it truly shows.
What gives you the most energy about what you do?
I love the opportunity to hear the unique stories of our clients and partners from around the country. It is incredibly rewarding being trusted to tell their story in an authentic way and help give them a voice.
What’s your favorite WGP value?
Empowerment. Every day this team empowers each other to be the best versions of ourselves both personally and professionally and I am a much better person and team member because of it. This feeds into our individual communities, families, and the next generation of women.
What’s your superpower?
My superpower is flexibility because I easily grow and adapt to overcome new challenges and remain agile to best contribute to a team in any capacity.
One fun fact, secret talent, or guilty pleasure?
I am obsessed with 90’s pop music, and I can be found listening to the Spice Girls or Britney Spears on repeat on any given day!
