What gives you the most energy about what you do?
I love analytics! It fuels my inner geek to provide clients with data and insights. I always want to see if our efforts had a measurable, positive impact. The best marketing advice I’ve ever heard is, “The only failed marketing campaign is the one where you don’t know the results.”

What’s your favorite WGP value?
Entrepreneurship. Generations of people can be changed with that single word. And what could be more fun than forging your own path? Starting a business and assuming the accompanying risks requires so much empowerment, will, and hard work. It also takes amazing creativity to create something from nothing. I have deep appreciation for it.

What’s your superpower?
I know how to really listen. To me, every single person is interesting and their life could be a movie, yet so many people feel unheard and unnoticed. My philosophy is, every plant just needs a little sunshine to grow bigger until they are able to reach the sun themselves. I could spend hours listening to someone if they are passionate about what they do. 

One fun fact, secret talent, or guilty pleasure?
Cheese pizza is my ultimate guilty pleasure! It’s like a warm hug in food form—no fancy toppings needed, just pure cheesy goodness. One slice turns into three, and I have zero regrets!
